Engineers Australia
Engineers Australia is the national forum for the advancement of engineering and the professional development of the members. The organisation is one of the world's premier engineering bodies. This web site provides a service to the community and is a gateway to the world of engineering.

Housing Industry Association (HIA)
HIA represents the interests of the whole housing industry - from trade contractors, builders, and suppliers through to product manufacturers. HIA's logo is proudly displayed as a badge of professionalism on building sites right around Australia.

Master Builders Australia
Master Builders is the major Australian building and construction industry association. Its primary role is to promote the viewpoints and interests of the building and construction industry and to provide services to members in a broad range of areas including training, legal services, industrial relations, building codes and standards, industry economics and international relations.

PACIA
PACIA - the Plastics and Chemicals Industries Association - is the pre-eminent national body representing the plastics, chemicals, adhesives and sealants industries in Australia. Royal Australian Institute of Architects (RAIA)

Government

The Australian Building Codes Board (ABCB)
The Australian Building Codes Board (ABCB) is a joint initiative of all levels of Australian Government and includes representatives from the building industry. The ABCB is responsible for developing and managing a nationally uniform approach to technical building requirements, embodied in the Building Code of Australia (BCA); developing a simpler and more efficient building regulatory system; and enabling the building industry to adopt new and innovative construction technology and practices.

PRODUCT SHOWCASE

Plaspanel provides enviro-home for environmentally threatened species.

Healesville Sanctuary is now the home of new environmentally friendly, breeding enclosures for endangered Mountain Pygmy-possums. Built using recycled Plaspanel, the enclosures provide a safe, hygienic home for these tiny creatures. The Mountain Pygmy-possum is found only in Victoria and NSW in snow-covered alpine and sub-alpine regions. It is one of the world’s only hibernating marsupials and its numbers are declining due to climate change, habitat destruction and fox and cat predation.>> more
